      This NRLHF Event is held in a county park noted as being the site of The Battle of The Pecatonica during The Black Hawk War of 1832. Horseshoe Lake and the Pecatonica River are close by. The site is a long established rendezvous grounds with two camps separated by trees for privacy, permanent toilets and two wells. Shooting ranges are located in heavily wooded areas. Modern camping available. Primitive Horse Camp. Firewood provided.  Ice available.  Daily Seminars & Demonstrations. Contests include Pistol, Rifle (including Blue Jacket Shoot), Archery, Hawk & Knife and Cooking.  Pre-registration encouraged.  See Their Website At www.mw2012.webs.com
